  Heather is very unprofessional when it comes to her tax services. I went in at 830 am to have her do my taxes. Not only was she late but she was unapologetic for her tardiness. It took her 2 hours to put my numbers in without itemizing them and she still wasn't complete with the process. Heather told me she would have my final amounts by 11am. Which didn't happened so I called. And she said 2pm. Which also came and went. When I finally got a hold of her at 6pm. She informed me my tax preparation fee was 350.00 but by the time I went in the next day that had jumped too 434.00 and by the time I picked up my taxes there's was another 10.00 fee for another processing charge that she did not inform me of. So take it from me don't use Elite for your taxes. They will eat you alive and not even bother to tell you your on the menu!!! I will never deal with that money hunger heffa again.
